Overview
This Refund & Cancellations Policy describes the guidelines and procedures for refunds and cancellations related to the use of our SaaS-based product and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Vyaparify Rubinus Private Limited (("Vyaparify," "we," "us," or "our").
Subscription and Billing
1.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans for our Service, each with specific features and durations. The details of each plan, including pricing and billing cycles, are clearly outlined on our website and during the subscription process.
1.2 Billing and Payment
Billing occurs according to the selected subscription plan and cycle (e.g., monthly, annually). Payments are processed through our designated payment processor, and we do not store or have access to your payment card details.
Refunds
2.1 Refund Eligibility
We strive to provide a high-quality Service, and customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Technical Issues: If you encounter significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the Service within the initial period after purchase, you may be eligible for a refund.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:
Change of Mind: If you decide that you no longer want to use the Service or change your business needs, we do not typically offer refunds.
Failure to Cancel Subscription: If you fail to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle and are billed automatically, we do not provide refunds. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it if needed.
2.3 Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the applicable timeframe. We will review your request and determine if you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund.
Cancellations
3.1 Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you can access the cancellation option through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations are effective immediately, and you will not be billed for any future billing cycles.
3.2 Post-Cancellation Access
Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account and associated data will be permanently removed from our system, as outlined in our Data Retention policy.
Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellations Policy at our discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
